1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and 유한회사 뉴럴게임즈, a company organized in the Republic of Korea and trading as HyoSoftware and Dream Garage.
By using the service or publishing in Garage Club, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires parental permission, you must have it. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a paid report or other paid product.
2. Decision-support service
Dream Garage provides informational estimates and planning tools. Vehicle identification, price ranges, ownership costs, evidence risk, depreciation and replacement suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a mechanical inspection, title check, official appraisal, lender or insurance decision, legal advice, tax advice or a guarantee that a vehicle will buy or sell at a stated price.
Verify the vehicle, seller, documents, history, condition, financing and transaction terms with appropriate professionals before acting. Price Fit and Evidence Risk are separate: an apparently low price does not mean the vehicle is safe or legitimate.
3. Accounts and security
The app may create a device-bound pseudonymous identity and may let you link email or Google sign-in for recovery. You are responsible for access to your device/account and for accurate information you submit. Do not impersonate another person or evade a suspension.
4. Paid products
Subscriptions and one-time scan packs are sold through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the local price, billing period and any offer terms before confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through Google Play and provide access only while Google Play reports an active or applicable grace-period entitlement.
Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not refund an already paid period. Refunds, payment methods and charge disputes are handled under Google Play's rules and applicable consumer law. Purchased scan credits are in-app, non-transferable and have no cash value.
The Dream Garage website may separately offer a one-time Full Deal Check for one specific vehicle report, including a U.S. report priced in U.S. dollars. U.S. web checkout is processed by PayPal at the exact price and currency shown before payment. Eligible devices may complete the same PayPal order with Apple Pay or Google Pay. A verified payment unlocks only the report identified at checkout and is not an inspection, warranty, subscription or promise that the vehicle is legitimate or safe. Google Play products and U.S. web reports are separate purchases; entitlement to one does not unlock the other.
Dream Garage provides a Full Report Delivery Guarantee for paid web reports. If PayPal confirms payment but the complete report does not unlock because of a Dream Garage technical error, contact hyosoftwaredev@gmail.com with the PayPal receipt. We will restore the purchased report or refund 100% of the report price. The guarantee concerns delivery of the paid report; it does not guarantee a successful negotiation, a price reduction or a vehicle outcome. A change of mind after a complete report is delivered does not automatically create a refund right, subject always to non-excludable consumer rights and PayPal's dispute process.
If a delivered paid report contains a reproducible material defect, such as a verifiably wrong vehicle identity or extracted asking price, a corrupted or unreadable report, or a missing required paid section, contact hyosoftwaredev@gmail.com with the PayPal receipt and evidence of the defect. Dream Garage will first correct or regenerate the report at no additional charge. If we cannot provide a corrected report after a reasonable attempt, we will refund the report price. Disagreement with a modeled estimate or conclusion, an unfavorable result, failure to negotiate or save money, the vehicle or transaction outcome, a limitation disclosed before purchase, or a change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund. Nothing in this paragraph limits non-excludable statutory rights or the customer's right to use PayPal's dispute process.
5. U.S. referral rewards
The U.S. referral program may provide a $10 reward for a direct referral that purchases and receives an eligible $39 Full Deal Check within 30 days of the first valid referral visit. Only one direct referrer can receive credit. Later referral clicks do not replace the first valid attribution, and multi-level or downstream rewards are not offered.
When sharing a compensated referral, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose: “I may earn a $10 referral reward if you purchase through this link.” Do not hide the disclosure, make false savings or safety claims, or represent Dream Garage as a mechanical inspection, title report or guaranteed negotiation result.
An eligible reward becomes pending only after PayPal Capture is verified, the order is paid and the complete report is stored and delivered. It cannot be approved earlier than 30 days after payment. Payout requires the same Dream Garage identity to have a verified email and is made manually through PayPal in V1. Self-referrals, duplicate orders, expired attributions, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, account farms or misleading promotion may cause a reward to be held, voided or marked for clawback. A shared result can be revoked and expires after 30 days.
Referral errors do not cancel a buyer’s valid paid report. We may suspend an abusive referral profile or modify or end future program offers, while preserving approved obligations as required by law. Referral rewards are not wages, employment, investment returns or a promise of income; recipients are responsible for applicable taxes.
If you delete a referral identity, unapproved pending rewards are voided. A reward already approved before deletion is preserved as an accounting obligation but placed on identity-review hold; it is not paid until support can lawfully verify the recipient. Deletion never transfers a reward to another account or email.
6. Garage Club content
You retain ownership of content you create. By deliberately publishing it, you grant Dream Garage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce for technical delivery, moderate and distribute that content within the service and its public share pages. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
You must follow the Community Guidelines. We may review, limit, hide, remove or preserve content, restrict features, suspend an identity or cooperate with lawful requests. Report and block controls are available in Garage Club.
7. Third-party listings, sources and brands
Links, embedded media, dealer pages and marketplace information belong to their respective owners. Dream Garage is not the seller and does not control whether an external listing remains available or accurate. Vehicle names and marks identify compatible makes/models and do not imply manufacturer sponsorship.
By submitting a listing URL, you ask Dream Garage to read a public vehicle-detail page for the Deal Check you requested. Our server may use a managed external retrieval provider to perform that request. Raw retrieved page content is processed only during the request; the service may retain the submitted URL, sanitized vehicle facts and the resulting report as explained in the Privacy Policy. Dream Garage does not use this flow to bypass a login, paywall or other access control, and you must submit only a URL you are permitted to use.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape or reverse-engineer protected functions, automate spam, upload malware, infringe rights, expose personal information, manipulate votes, create fake engagement, or use results to deceive another person. Do not upload a vehicle image or public report unless you have the right to use it.
9. Availability and changes
Features, supported sources, estimates and external content can change or be unavailable. We may modify or discontinue a feature, but we will not retroactively change an active paid entitlement without providing the access, remedy or notice required by Google Play and applicable law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dream Garage is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for a vehicle purchase, sale, financing, repair, loss or third-party dispute caused by relying on an estimate without independent verification. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Contact and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account/data at any time. We may restrict access for material or repeated violations, security threats or legal requirements. Questions or complaints: hyosoftwaredev@gmail.com.
