1. Who we are
Dream Garage is provided by 유한회사 뉴럴게임즈, a company organized in the Republic of Korea and trading as HyoSoftware and Dream Garage ("Dream Garage", "we", "us"). We build structured vehicle decision services for the Philippines and United States. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hyosoftwaredev@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account and profile data: an app-generated user ID, Garage Persona handle and profile, and an email address or Google account identifier when you choose to link an account.
- Vehicle and listing inputs: vehicle photos or listing screenshots, listing URLs, make/model candidates, year, mileage, price, region, condition and history information, seller-evidence answers and your corrections.
- Decision and financial-context inputs: optional income or budget bands, purchase price, financing assumptions, ownership costs, vehicle preferences, survey answers and purchase/sale outcome updates. We do not ask for bank-account or payment-card numbers.
- Garage Club content: posts, questions, comments, polls, reports, public vehicle-report copies, follows, likes, saves and blocks.
- Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, searches, comparisons, saves, scans, ad and purchase events, app version, device identifiers, notification token, approximate location derived from network information, crash and performance diagnostics. Limited Android conversion milestones may also be measured through Firebase Analytics and Google Ads.
- Website session and attribution data: a pseudonymous browser identifier, report-flow and checkout-attempt identifiers, first-touch campaign parameters, referring host, landing-page variant and whether a Google Ads click identifier was present. We do not send the raw Google click identifier to Mixpanel.
- Purchase records: Google Play product ID, purchase status, entitlement, renewal or expiry state and verification references; and, for web purchases, the report key, order status, amount, currency, payment-provider order/capture references and the private report copy needed to restore access. Google Play or PayPal processes payment details, including eligible Apple Pay and Google Pay wallet payments; Dream Garage does not receive your complete card number or wallet credentials.
- Referral-program data: an opaque referral profile and code, keyed hashes of referral cookies, browser identifiers and limited network information, first-valid-referrer attribution, privacy-safe shared Deal Check summaries, eligible purchase and reward states, fraud-review flags, and an email-verification state when you choose to claim a reward. We do not store a raw IP address or PayPal ID in the referral ledger.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide vehicle identification, Philippines or U.S. value and ownership-cost estimates, evidence-risk checks, saved Garage and monitoring features, subscriptions and scan credits, public community functions, moderation, support, security, fraud prevention, analytics and service improvement.
For Android acquisition measurement, Dream Garage may read Google Play Install Referrer once and retain a bounded first-touch source, medium and campaign summary. Our custom measurement bridge does not persist the raw referrer link or Google click identifiers, and it does not send listing URLs, report identifiers, purchase tokens or order identifiers to Firebase Analytics.
On the U.S. website, browser storage and a first-party cookie keep the anonymous session, first-touch campaign summary, current report and purchase-restoration state consistent across navigation and checkout. We use those values to provide the report, prevent duplicate charging, restore a paid report and measure the Deal Check funnel. They are not used to store a complete payment-card number.
When you submit a public vehicle-listing URL, our server may use a managed external retrieval provider acting as a service processor to read that public page. Retrieved page content is processed only during the request to extract vehicle facts; we do not retain the raw page content as part of your report or use it to train an AI model. We may retain the submitted URL and the sanitized structured facts, derived report, source host and limited security or audit metadata described in this policy.
If you use the U.S. referral program, a signed first-party cookie preserves the first valid referral for up to 30 days. We use the referral ledger to attribute eligible Full Deal Check purchases, prevent self-referrals and duplicates, hold rewards during the 30-day approval period, investigate fraud or payment disputes and support manual payout. Referral bookkeeping never changes whether a buyer receives a paid report.
Google advertising and analytics storage starts denied on the U.S. Deal Check. You can allow measurement or keep essential-only use in Privacy choices, and change that selection later. A denied selection does not block Deal Check, checkout, payment verification or report restoration. With storage denied, Google Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless measurement and the consent state.
Vehicle and price outputs combine user inputs, observed listing evidence, reviewed catalog sources and model estimates. Generative AI may explain or classify evidence, but it does not replace a physical inspection, official appraisal, lender decision, insurance quote or guaranteed transaction price.
4. AI processing and automated analysis
When you request an AI scan, a private copy of the selected image and related instructions may be sent through our server to an AI service provider. The result may include vehicle candidates, visible features, confidence and uncertainty. We ask the model not to extract seller contact details, exact addresses, faces or licence-plate identifiers. Do not upload an image unless you have the right to use it.
Deal Check and Value Radar produce decision-support estimates. They do not make decisions that create legal rights or obligations for you, and you should independently verify title, accident, mechanical, financing and seller information.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to operate the app and website: Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server functions; an AI provider for requested analysis; Google Play for Android billing and distribution; PayPal for web checkout and payment verification, with Apple Pay or Google Pay offered on eligible devices; Google AdMob and related consent services for ads; Firebase/Google services for notifications, limited conversion analytics and Google Ads measurement; Mixpanel as our primary product-analytics system; and Vercel for public web pages. A managed retrieval provider may process a submitted public listing during the request as described above. These providers process data under their own terms and our configuration.
U.S. referral rewards in V1 are paid manually through PayPal only after the referring account has a verified email and the reward is approved. PayPal processes the payout under its own privacy terms; Dream Garage does not expose the recipient email, PayPal identifiers or payout references in public pages or product analytics.
We do not sell raw photos, private financial inputs or identifiable user-behaviour rows. Aggregated B2B insights are only prepared above privacy-safe cohort thresholds, and individual dealer leads are shared only after the user expressly agrees to the connection. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
6. Public content
Garage Club posts, comments, poll choices shown in aggregate, profile information and any public report copy you deliberately publish can be viewed by other users and on public Dream Garage pages. Private source photos are not made public merely because you run an analysis. Publishing a photo requires a separate confirmation that you have permission and have checked for faces, readable plates and private details.
A referral result you deliberately share contains only the vehicle make, model and year, your confirmed asking price, a broad modeled range, preliminary signal and confidence. It excludes the VIN, original listing URL, seller, location, analysis/order identifiers, detailed evidence and paid-report content. You can revoke it from the referral dashboard, and it expires after 30 days.
7. Retention
Private source photos ordinarily expire after 30 days when unconfirmed and after 90 days when confirmed. A photo may remain available longer while you keep an active owner-history feature that expressly uses it. Public post copies remain until you delete the related account/content or moderation requires removal. Structured reports, watches, profiles, community activity and purchase entitlements remain while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
We may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, consent and deletion-audit records where reasonably necessary or legally required. We minimise or de-identify retained information when the original identifier is no longer needed.
The U.S. web visitor cookie may remain for up to one year. First-touch campaign data and the most recent report may remain in browser storage until replaced, reset or cleared by you. Anonymous authentication and paid-report records remain as needed to provide access, prevent repeat charges, handle refunds and meet transaction or legal recordkeeping requirements. You can remove local copies by clearing site data in your browser; server transaction records may still be retained where needed for those purposes.
Referral-attribution cookies and public shared-result pages expire after 30 days. Referral conversion, reward, fraud-review, payout and clawback records may remain longer as needed to administer the program, prevent abuse, resolve payment disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
- Delete an individual private photo analysis from its result or analysis history.
- Use My Garage → Privacy & data → Delete all my Dream Garage data to delete the app identity and associated data.
- Request deletion without the app through our Account & Data Deletion page.
- Turn optional notifications and public-Garage visibility off.
- Revoke a public referral-result link from the U.S. Referral Rewards dashboard before its automatic 30-day expiry.
- Request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable under Philippine, Korean or relevant U.S. state privacy law.
9. Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted network transport, private storage, row-level authorization and limited signed links. No online system is risk-free. Data may be processed outside the Philippines by the service providers listed above, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
10. Children
Dream Garage is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be dated here and, when appropriate, shown in the app. Contact: hyosoftwaredev@gmail.com.
